Requirements
Get all Sender IDs pre-approved by Finnish MNOs (DNA, Elisa, Telia) before sending any traffic. Opt-in info must be available on operator's demand. Opt-out option must be inserted within the message. Under Trafficom regulation M28 L/2025, unregistered Sender IDs are replaced with Tuntematon (Unknown) as of May 4, 2026. From November 2, 2026, they are replaced with Roskaposti (Spam).
