Requirements
Sender ID (SID) – Must be the company name, a registered trademark, or a company-owned product/service name. SID Owner Details – Name, surname, and NIF/VAT ID of the SID owner. The owner can be an individual or a legal entity. SID Owner’s Representative – Name, surname, NIF/VAT ID, email address, and phone number of the authorized representative. Legal Entity Representative – If the representative is a legal entity, provide the name, surname, and NIF/VAT ID of the individual representing that entity. Authorization Letter – Signed authorization letter confirming the representative’s authority to manage the Sender ID registration. Alias Justification – Provide the reason the company is entitled to use the Sender ID, such as the company’s official name, registered trademark, or inter

Authorization Letter – Signed by the SID owner or authorized representative. Company Registration Document – Proof of the company’s legal registration. Trademark Certificate – Required if the Sender ID is based on a registered trademark. Domain Ownership Proof – Required if the Sender ID is based on the company’s internet domain. Registration Form/Excel File – To be completed by the client with the required Sender ID, owner, and representative details.
